You think you’ve just about mastered Facebook, Twitter and Instagram but what about Snapchat, Vine and what seem like countless others? This session will give you the lay of the land and a taste of what’s to come.

In this interactive session, our panel of industry leaders will share their key mobile engagement challenges and how they have solved them with SMS/MMS, push or beacon-based messaging. Marketers will learn from real world examples when each of these channels is most effective. Customer Authentication: Could Biometrics Lead to the Death of Passwords?

Remembering passwords is a pain point for customers and weak passwords are a liability.
